The brainchild of a
musician, Sound Event has grown from its original mission of providing
client event and performance venue support, to that of a digital media
and web development studio. Nonetheless, Sound Event still
services it's original client's venues and continues to provide A/V
engineering to some of Seattle's most interesting hot spots. Located below Belltown's undeniable El Gaucho, is one of the city's best kept secrets. The Pampas Room is an elegant, '40's retro nightclub that caters to private clients during the week, and opens its doors to the public on weekend evenings for live Jazz performances. Here you can catch some of Seattle's "living legends" recreate the classic sounds of another era. Just next door, is the Big Picture - a unique meeting and event facility, artfully decorated in Javanese Tiki. The Big Picture was first in the nation to provide digital sound and projection in a 100 seat luxury theatre - big screen PowerPoint™ business meetings during the day, martini's and first run movies at night.
